okpj Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms

okpj ("we", "our", "platform") is an online entertainment and betting service provider. These Terms establish the legal relationship between the user ("you", "member") and okpj.

It is the responsibility of every member to read, understand, and comply with these Terms. okpj reserves the right to change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have accepted the updated Terms.

• These Terms apply in both English and Bengali; in the event of a conflict, the Bengali version shall take precedence.
• Both parties are obligated to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• okpj is an entertainment platform and is committed to ensuring a responsible gambling environment.

2. Account Registration & Verification

To become a member at okpj, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate information. okpj has the right to cancel an account if false or incorrect information is provided.

• Each person may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is prohibited, and if detected, all accounts will be closed.
• The name, address, and contact details provided at registration must be accurate and kept up to date.
• It is the member's responsibility to keep their account password secure. The account must not be shared with anyone else.
• okpj may request a government-issued ID or other documents at any time for identity verification.
• Any breach of account security must be reported to the support team immediately.

3. Age Restrictions

By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. okpj reserves the right to verify any member's age, and if you fail to prove your age, your account will be suspended immediately.

• An adult opening an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited.
• Providing false information about age will result in account cancellation, and deposited funds may be forfeited.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

okpj provides transaction facilities through the payment methods commonly used in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major banks such as Dutch Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank).
• The account used for deposits must be registered in the member's own name. Deposits through third parties are not accepted.
• Successful transactions are generally credited to the account instantly. Delays may occur in case of technical issues.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawal processing generally takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours.
• Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met to withdraw bonus funds (see Section 5).
• It is recommended that the deposit method and withdrawal method be the same.
• For unusual transactions, okpj may request additional verification, which may cause a delay in processing.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

okpj runs various bonuses and promotional offers for members. Each offer has specific terms that must be followed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance of ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳18,000 or more → ৳8,000 bonus → total balance of ৳26,000.
• The welcome bonus applies only once per member.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

• A 25x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses (on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit + bonus combined).
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Attempting to withdraw a bonus before meeting the wagering requirement will result in the bonus and related winnings being cancelled.
• okpj reserves the right to set the wagering contribution rate for specific games.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus abuse, combining bonuses, or attempting to exploit bonuses through other schemes is prohibited.
• okpj reserves the right to cancel any member's bonus at any time if irregularities in usage are detected.
• Separate terms may apply to each promotion, which will be stated alongside the relevant offer.

6. Betting Rules & General Guidelines

All bets placed at okpj are considered final. Once a bet is placed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled, unless okpj approves an exception at its own discretion.

• If incorrect odds or markets are displayed due to a technical error, okpj reserves the right to cancel or correct those bets.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.
• okpj reserves the right to set a maximum limit on any bet.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. We use audited software to ensure fair play.
• The outcome of a game interrupted mid-session due to a software error or connection issue will be determined according to the server log.

7. Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on okpj. If such activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited.

• Money laundering or conducting any illegal financial activity.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses or abuse the system.
• Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Match fixing or placing bets using insider information.
• Fraudulent behaviour or making threats against other members.
• Conducting transactions using a third party's account.
• Copying, distributing, or reverse engineering the platform's content or software.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

okpj may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances.

• Violation of these Terms or any separate rules.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Evidence of suspicious financial transactions or fraud.
• At the member's own request (as part of self-exclusion or responsible gambling measures).

Regarding account closure: If the account is closed without a rule violation, valid funds will be returned. In the case of closure due to a rule violation, bonuses and related winnings may be forfeited.

Members may also request account closure at any time through the support team.

9. Limitation of Liability

okpj provides an entertainment service. okpj holds no legal liability in the following cases.

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Issues arising from the failure of third-party software or service providers.
• Account misuse by an unauthorized third party (if the member neglects to protect their password).
• Financial losses resulting from a member's betting decisions — okpj does not guarantee any winnings.
• In any circumstance, okpj's maximum liability is limited to the funds held in the member's account.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Protecting your personal information is okpj's top priority. We keep all data secure using SSL encryption.

• Members' information is not sold or transferred to any third party, unless required by legal obligation.
• Cookie and browsing data may be used to improve the quality of our service.

11. Changes to Terms

okpj reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove these terms at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavor to post a notice on the platform.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• If a member does not agree to the new terms, they may request that their account be closed.
• The latest terms will always be available on this page. Make a habit of reading them regularly.
